Our founder, Jay Roths, had the opportunity to visit the Darley Company twice this year, first for a facility tour with his wife in August and again for hands-on pump training this month.

He came away impressed by the people, craftsmanship, equipment, and commitment to excellence.

But something else stood out to him.

After returning home, Jay read the Darley Family Constitution and found the words that helped explain what he'd experienced: "We are grateful."

The Darley family openly acknowledges God as the source of their blessings and the foundation of their values.

For Jay, that was a meaningful reminder of how faith, gratitude, and service can shape a business and the people behind it.

We appreciate the hospitality of Ryan Darley, Greg Fields, and the entire Darley team. Thank you for the example you set in serving the fire and EMS community.

Congratulations to Russell Adams, Executive Director of Lapeer County EMS in Michigan, on the recent pickup of their Ford E-450 ReMANufactured McCoy Miller ambulance!

What stood out to our team was the preparation Russell and his team brought to the entire process.

Russell arrived for his initial visit with equipment in hand to check-fit everything, developed checklists to objectively compare three ambulances, and coordinated radio installation ahead of delivery.

He even sent a delivery checklist in advance so our team could verify readiness before he arrived.

Perhaps most impressive, Lapeer County EMS uses vehicle data to guide a 10-year fleet plan, helping their team and board prepare for future needs.

That's thoughtful stewardship of public resources.

We're grateful for the opportunity to serve Russell and the Lapeer County EMS team. Congratulations on your ambulance!

Last week, our owner Jay Roths attended Darley’s Pump School for some hands-on learning.

There’s a lot to gain from taking equipment apart, understanding how it works, and putting it back together.

For Jay, continuing to learn about the equipment our customers depend on is an important part of serving them well.

The more he understands, the better equipped our entire team is to support the fire departments and emergency service professionals who rely on us.

Thanks to the Darley team for a great learning experience!

Fire Prevention Week is a reminder that some of the most important work firefighters do happens long before the alarm sounds.

From educating families and visiting schools to checking smoke alarms and helping businesses reduce risk, prevention saves lives.

This week, we recognize the fire departments and firefighters doing that work every day in the communities they serve.

Thank you for keeping your communities safer.

Another fire apparatus back in service.

Newmansville Volunteer Fire Department in Chuckey, Tennessee recently brought this unit to R Enterprises for dashboard and window repairs.

We’re glad we could help a neighboring department get their truck repaired and back where it belongs, serving the community.

Thank you to the Newmansville team for trusting R Enterprises.

From inquiry to an approved ambulance purchase in about 48 hours!

Wayne County EMS in Georgia operates six ambulances. With one unit down with a blown engine and two older ambulances approaching retirement, Director Mel Young needed another dependable unit quickly.

Mel found R Enterprises through Google, reviewed our available inventory and walkaround videos, and reached out about several units he could present to county leadership.

Together, we worked through available options, timing, budget, and a potential trade-in. Wayne County ultimately selected ReMAN unit 9946 for $185,500.

Two days after Mel first contacted us, the purchase was approved.

And now, here they are picking up their ambulance and getting ready to put it to work serving Wayne County.

Congratulations to Mel and the entire Wayne County EMS team. We’re glad we could help get another dependable ambulance into your fleet when you needed it.

This is why we do what we do.

Mel Young recently purchased an ambulance from R Enterprises and shared this after working with our team:

“They bend over backwards for any service that has limited funding. They are eager to work with you.”

He also mentioned something we’re especially proud of: our team took the time to show him around the facility, explain the rebuild process, and work with his funding needs.

Thank you, Mel, for trusting R Enterprises and for sharing your experience.

Serving those who serve others.

Today, on Patriot Day, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the first responders, emergency personnel, and ordinary Americans who stepped forward in a moment of unimaginable crisis.

Their service, sacrifice, and resolve will not be forgotten.

We remember. We honor. We stand grateful.
