Ain’t this the truth. Fighting with insurance companies to repair the customers car the right way is a fight ,getting them to pay to fix it the right way is an all out brawl! Gets old fast. We are an auto repair facility not litigators . We have 40 years experience. We can repair the vehicle right yet these adjusters that can’t repair the vehicle try to tell us how to do the repair & what parts to use. SMH

Got to love Progressive. SMH !They have no idea on how to properly fix a vehicle yet tell the repair facility to tape up a glass that clearly you can’t sand under. Then paint peels & shops 110% responsible . Then they state in Mitchels prime time is inc. Clearly from the website it IS NOT! Paid 1.9 $55. Per hour to prep , tape , paint & clear a door that had primer over half the door.
Just wow!
