🔧 2016 Honda Foreman 500 — Repair Complete!

Just finished up this 2016 Honda Foreman 500 4x4. Found a broken timing chain guide and snapped water pump shaft, got everything repaired and back together, and put it through a full test ride.

✅ Timing system repaired
✅ Water pump repaired
✅ Shifts through all 5 gears
✅ Running and pulling strong

Had two TGB 2-stroke scooters come through the shop at Green Bay ATV Fixer.

Impuls TXL-90 came into the shop with a no-crank issue and carburetor problems. After completing the necessary repairs, it’s now running smoothly and ready for customer pickup today.

This 2005 Polaris sportsman 400 was brought in for a charging concern. After a proper diagnosis, I found a failed stator and replaced the battery to get it back in dependable running condition. Ready for customer pickup.

2014 Polaris Sportsman 570 EFI came into the shop sputtering and running rough. After a full diagnosis, I found the issue was a bad fuel pump. The problem has been identified and corrected, and this machine is getting back to doing what it was built for.
