Due to the snow storm and logistic struggles that will come with it; for not only our employees, but our customers and our parts suppliers - We will be closed tomorrow. Reopening 3/17. If you had an appointment we sent a text message to reschedule.

This isn't us, but I got a good laugh reading it.

Real quick - the reason most (if not all shops) won't do this for you is because it could amount to over $50,000 in fines and lord knows what other legal trouble from our local boys in blue.

We want to help our customers with all their automotive needs, but that's a risk I don't think any rational person would consider taking for their own business. Especially to make a few hundred dollars. The math doesn't math. (Probably why it's setup that way)

Employee Spotlight --- Meet Nic our automotive technician

We spoke with Nic today and wanted to share our conversation>

Nic is from Ripon, Wisconsin.

When we asked him how long he has been an automotive technician he told us that he has been working for Fair just over 1 year.

When we talked with Nic about how he acquired the skills to become an automotive technician, he responded:
"It has been a passion all of my life. He really appreciated the willingness of both Theo and Ryan to take him under their supervision and apprentice Nic.

We asked Nic if he had any hobbies that he would like to share. Nic responded that he likes hunting for deer and turkey. He also enjoys Musky fishing in Eagle River.

When I asked Nic about a funny experience while working at Fair, he told me about this one vehicle that was having issues with the intake manifold. He further explained that no matter what he did, the bolt would shear-off when trying to secure to the vehicle. Only after the third try did he have success.
