We are a small family owned business currently seeking an individual with construction experience to join our team. This is a full time, year round position.

Requirements Include:

*Ability to estimate jobs, materials, and labor hours
*Knowledge and experience with siding installation, gutter maintenance and installation, window and door installation, etc.
*Previous experience with managing or leading a construction crew
*Comfortable with heights and working outside for extended periods of time
*Capable of lifting 50+ lbs throughout the day
*Ability to use a variety of hand tools, read measurements, make accurate cuts, and
follow direction and communicate directions to others
*Ability to communicate effectively
*Valid driver's license

Duties:

*Create estimates, write proposals and complete bid information for possible jobs
*Be able to keep crew on task and jobs on schedule
*Assist with removing and replacing siding, gutters and gutter protection, windows,
and doors on homes and miscellaneous tasks

Other Info:

$50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus and possible OT. Pay will be based on experience.
Benefits : Health Insurance and Paid time off
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule Monday - Friday, hours will vary

Great Lakes Glass is looking for an in-house Digital Marketing Coordinator in Green Bay, WI, to join our team. You will collaborate and develop inbound B2C marketing campaigns for multiple businesses, including: SEM - search engine marketing, email marketing, social and digital media channels, and more. Full time position, available immediately.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and implement organic search campaigns with on-page, off-page, and technical optimization
• Manage engagement on social media campaigns and facilitate customer reviews
• Assist in the development of keyword strategies, audience targeting, and digital ad content
• Critically analyze campaign insights/KPIs/ROI through native channel reports, call tracking reports, and web analytics
• Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents, spreadsheets, and files
• Previous PPC, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads experience is a plus
• Other marketing duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Professional communication, writing, and technology skills are critical
• Previous communications, advertising, or inbound marketing experience
• Professional experience with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, WordPress, Facebook for Business, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Please be prepared to share examples of previous digital marketing work

Foster The Village is a non-profit organization that provides aid to the Brown County Foster Care community. They supply clothing and basic care items to children who arrive in foster care. Our team at Great Lakes Glass shopped for and donated diapers, wipes, clothes, toys, strollers, hygiene items, and more.

It is incredible to give back to such an amazing organization this holiday season. Foster The Village, thank you for all you do in our community to support foster children and families. Merry Christmas!

I cracked my windshield and they were out the next day to help me. The tech was awesome and punctual to the time that was provided. It was finished in about an hour and I must say I am very pleased with the service. I'd recommend them to anyone. My insurance didn't cover this expense and they are the most affordable, they are about $100 cheaper than Safelite and I didn't have to wait 3 days for them to come. Thanks guys :)

I found their staff to be extra helpful and friendly....it was an added bonus that due to costruction detours I was more than twenty minutes late for my appt. They offered directions to assist me since I was not a local resident and somewhat unfamiliar with the area. I was truly impressed when the technician greeted me at the door with a smile and a handshake!! It was wonderful to personally have the tech greet me....like saying he was going to personally take care of my windshield and all problems associated with it! He was confident and friendly! While waiting in the office, I took precedence over the incoming calls to have all of my questions answered and with a smile to let me know I was their main concern!! Since my windshield was replaced, I have not had any leaks or other problems.... I GIVE GREAT LAKES GLASS A FIVE STAR RATING!!

Dan arrived here within a half an hour of his pre-call to me. As he was removing the old windshield he came across a 'hack' repair job I did on the wiring of the old rear view mirror, and he came in to consult with me. He found an elegant work-around to the problem, and completed installing the new windshield in a timely fashion. He even swapped out the amateur rear view mirror work I had done with a superior mirror which he had in his van.
He left my car in better shape than he found it. We need more workmen like Dan in the world.
