Customer complained of a misfire/running rough and check engine light flashing on a 2019 Cherokee 2.0 turbo. Compression tests and scope video revealed a burnt valve on cylinder #2. We recommended a new timing chain while doing the repairs since the original chain must be removed to remove the cylinder head. Substantial play and stretching of the chain was evident. The news of a burnt valve may have been bad but not as bad as a potentially destroyed engine. This chain didn't have much life left so a little extra care and inspection can save future repairs.

One of our best customers brought in his 2002 GrandAm. The fuel pump was faulty and we were shocked not only at how clean and original the car was but this is the original fuel pump. On a side note, this backflow valve prevents fuel from leaving the tank through the filler neck but in our case, made it challenging to empty the tank for removal.

Customer asked for a leveling kit, bigger tires and was wondering if we could do anything with the wheels without replacing them...this is what we came up with as a test. This small change can be undone in 30 minutes if it's not approved.

Our Customer requested a used electric steering rack. We typically stay away from used electronic parts but the new rack was way out of their budget. The warranty on the part is shorter but the rack worked great and saved hundreds.
