With sizable hail in the area, this is your friendly reminder that your insurance company can't tell you where you have to have your vehicle repaired (although they might try).

1. For both hail and collision repair, ask your insurance if they will write their own estimate or if they'd like us to write one.

2. Collision estimates take roughly 30 minutes, hail estimates plan on at least an hour.

3. As always, call or stop by with questions.
