From the very beginning, we got a great deal for our trailer and had a smooth experience with Jesse who helped us through the purchasing process, giving us no-nonsense answers that weren’t sales forward. During our walk through, Jeff was very thorough, kind, and answered all our newbie questions. He had us set up and comfortable enough to be able to take out the trailer the very next day!
Once we took it in to get de-winterized, Johnny and John were able to help us with a warranty issue at the same time! We have called the service department for questions and have only ever gotten the best service, advice, and straight forward answers.
