It’s been a while since I’ve reached out to our Northeast racing family! 🏎️💨

Yes, the plan is still 100% on to launch a 5-race Sport Compact series across New York and Northeast PA for the 2027 season! 🏁

Before moving forward, I’m laying the foundation to see where the interest is. I need to know: If I put a 5-race schedule together, who would seriously consider running it?

RULES & TECH
Let's hold off on deep rules discussions for now. Rules will be tailored regionally and will closely follow the NCTS platform.

PURSE & PAYOUT (Based on a 20-Car Field)
My goal is to keep this realistic for track promoters while putting as much money as possible back into drivers' pockets to help cover travel. Here are the two payout options I’m working with ($4,300 to $4,600 total purse):

🏆 1st: $1,000

🥈 2nd: $500

🥉 3rd: $300

• 4th: $250

• 5th: $225

• 6th: $200

• 7th: $175

• 8th: $150

• 9th–20th: $150 to start (Option A - $4,600 Purse) OR $125 to start

🏁 CALLING ALL NORTHEAST SPORT COMPACTS! 🏁

PA, NY, OH, and East Coast drivers—I put my word on the line for 2027, and now I need you guys to match that energy! 🤝

We’re heading to Flamboro Speedway on August 1st, and we’re aiming to pack the grid with 25 to 30 cars. Flamboro is only about 45 minutes to an hour past the border from Buffalo, so it’s an easy tow for the Northeast crew! 🚛💨

💰 PAYS IN USD:
🏆 $1,000 to WIN
🏎️ $150 to START (All paid out in American currency!)

To make this event an absolute home run, I’m looking for about 5 core guys from the US side to step up and help coordinate. Let’s show Canada how the Northeast represents! 🇺🇸🇨🇦

Flamboro Speedway-Authorized Page on Saturday, August 1st, 2026. We need to see some cars from the Northeast to come join us. The track is just about 45 minutes from Buffalo, NY.

The road to 2027 starts on August 1st!

The NCTS Northeast takes its first major step with a test event at Flamboro Speedway on Saturday, August 1st. This special event will be co-sanctioned by the National Compact Touring Series and NCTS Northeast as we begin building momentum for the future of compact racing across the Northeast and Canada.

This event will serve as a proving ground for what could become a regular stop on the NCTS Northeast schedule in 2027. If Flamboro Speedway delivers the support and excitement we expect, there's a strong possibility it will become part of our inaugural Northeast tour.

We are excited to bring our racers, teams, and fans together as we continue expanding opportunities for compact racers.

Hello everyone,

I wanted to reach out with a lot of excitement about the responses we’ve been receiving regarding this opportunity. This is exactly why we announced it a year in advance—so we can build it the right way from the ground up.

In the late 2000s, I was part of the management team for a professional hockey organization. We built that team starting with the goaltender and worked our way out. That approach helped us win a championship, and that same philosophy is how we plan to build this series.

We are going to assemble a strong staff, create a drivers’ board to provide input into the series, align ourselves with regional rules, and build solid partnerships with tracks and businesses. I will be asking a lot of questions along the way, and no input is wrong.

We truly look forward to working with you racers to build a respectable class that is taken seriously and supports the drivers.

• Would New York and Pennsylvania drivers travel to New England?
• Would you like to see a series with 5 races in New England and 5 races in New York/Pennsylvania?
