Down South Performance LLC is a specialized diesel repair shop. Service hours are evenings and Saturdays by appointment only.
Our goal is to complete jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Service delays often stem from unforeseen issues discovered on other customers vehicles and our single-person operation with one lift limiting simultaneous vehicle accommodations.
As we moved into the New Year we are making some changes to help balance the high demands we have seen over the past few months.
Effective March 1, 2026:
-To better centralize our schedules and service all business communication will be handled through Down South Performance LLC phone which is 252-515-4721. Voicemails and text messages will be returned as soon as possible.
-Diesel repairs only, with a focus on large-scale projects. We will not be scheduling service for gas vehicles.
-Parts will be prepaid, no customer supplied parts. No exceptions.
-Cancelled appointments by the customer will be moved to the next available service date.
