Kelly’s Automotive Service in Medford is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team.

This is a people-first position. You’ll greet clients, listen to their concerns, prepare estimates, communicate recommendations, and help dispatch work to our technicians.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✅ Patient and personable
✅ A strong communicator
✅ Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
✅ Comfortable working with both clients and a team
✅ Dependable and positive

Automotive experience is NOT necessarily required. We can teach automotive. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and communicating well.

💰 $65,000–$75,000 per year. Medical Benefits, 401k. Fun work environment and people who care about you.

Wonderful Wednesday News.

Positive impact 101

Fifth graders at a Georgia elementary school are learning firsthand how their actions can have a positive impact. Each week, they use their writing skills and artistic flair to create adoption bios for dogs and cats at Walton County Animal Shelter. After learning about each animal, they write messages from the animals’ perspectives and draw pictures that truly capture their essence. The goal is to help potential adopters see each animal as a unique individual.

So far, more than 50 dogs and cats have been adopted as a result of the kids’ efforts. Adopters even get to take home the students’ drawings of the pets. Their teacher says this project teaches the students lessons in empathy and compassion and how to create a better world through kindness to animals.

When we filmed these commercials, I really didn’t give our staff much direction.

I simply asked them to tell a story from their time at Kelly’s that had touched them in some way.

I love that Jared chose this one.

A man came into Kelly’s who had been diagnosed with stage four cancer. He was planning what would likely be his last road trip with his family, but his vehicle needed repairs.

Our staff made the decision to use money from their Angel Fund to help pay for those repairs. The Angel Fund is money our team earns when they hit their monthly goals, and they get to choose how to use it to bless people in our community.

His wife later came back to thank Jared.

The fact that this is the one he remembered and wanted to share says a lot about him—and about the people we are blessed to work alongside.

What are one or two things that you always try and keep in your car?

I always try and keep an extra pair of reading glasses and some paper towels.

I am forever losing glasses and I always seem to need to clean a window, clean a seat or blow my nose.😄

Sometimes keeping the car you love just makes sense. ❤️

Jill and Clarence have owned this 2004 Chevy Tracker since it was brand new. More than 20 years later, they weren’t ready to give up on it — and neither were we!

This one needed some serious love, and our team put a LOT of hours into getting it back where it needed to be.

But my favorite part of Jill’s post isn’t what she said about the Tracker.

It’s what she said about our people.

“Beyond the care of our Tracker, the care they showed us was the best we’ve ever experienced.”

THAT is what we want Kelly’s to be about.

Yes, we fix cars. But at the end of the day, there are people attached to those cars. People who are trusting us to give them good information, help them make good decisions, and take care of something that’s important to them.

Shelby’s car was in the shop, Chris was working on it, and Donovan decided the moment needed to be captured… and then turned into AI art.

I think he nailed it. 😂
