Dan with Pudget heating reached out to me late in the day explaining one of the work vans was making a terrible screeching noise. Even though we are booked Out 3 weeks I had him bring it down immediately. Upon taking the wheels off we found the brakes had gone metal to metal in the front. And that the rears had about 1 mm left. We all immediately dropped what we're doing and put three guys on it so we can get their van back to him as soon as we could. We really like to look out for our other small businesses and our commercial accounts. Thanks Dan with Puget heating again for all the business.
