We're Hiring!! – Parts Counter Person
Granger Motors is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our growing team.
If you're organized, enjoy helping customers and technicians, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts sales
* Supply technicians with the correct parts quickly and accurately
* Research and identify parts using manufacturer catalogs
* Process orders, returns, and warranty parts
* Receive and stock inventory
* Maintain an organized, clean parts department
* Work as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
* Automotive parts experience preferred
* Ford and/or CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) parts experience is a major plus
* Strong computer and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
* Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
