Calling all vendors! Registration is open for the Northern MN Swap Meet & Car Show, part of Weekend of Wheels: Roll In & Rock Out!

**NOTE - we will not solicit registration through Messenger, comments, or any other way than you contacting our office directly or submitting through the online registration.

Join us July 24 - 26, 2026, at the Itasca County Fairgrounds in Grand Rapids, MN for a full weekend of swap meet treasures, food booths, car corral, car shows, live music, Bike Night, Kids’ Day, and more.

With more than 200 vendors expected and a full weekend of activities drawing guests to the area, this is a great opportunity to get your products, parts, collectibles, handmade goods, or food in front of thousands of attendees.

Returning vendors: you have until July 1 to reserve your previous spots. After July 1, any unclaimed spaces will be filled from our vendor waiting list, so don’t wait to secure your spot!

Weekend of Wheels...Roll In & Rock Out!

Join us July 24–26, 2026 in Grand Rapids, MN for a full weekend of live music, swap meet treasures, car shows, food trucks, family fun, and more!

The weekend kicks off Friday with the Swap Meet, Food Trucks, Bike Night, and Rapids Radio Rockfest 2.0. Saturday brings a full day of swap meet vendors, live music, an expanded beer garden, and the Northern Cruisers Car Club Car Show at Yanmar Arena with shuttle service running to and from the fairgrounds. Sunday wraps up the weekend with Kids’ Day, the car show at the Itasca County Fairgrounds, Ninja Anywhere obstacle wall, and MegaJump BMX Bike Shows!

You won't want to miss the last full weekend in July right here in Grand Rapids! The Northern MN Swap Meet runs all three days - visit the Weekend of Wheels Car Show Saturday (there will be a shuttle running between events) - as an added bonus this year - Rapids Radio Rockfest will be jamming on Friday night.

There are MANY Swap Meet event enhancements coming this year including Bike Night! on Friday, Live Music all day Saturday, and Kid's Day Sunday with the Ninja Anywhere Obstacle Wall and BMX Bike show. Along with all the traditional favorites of swap vendors, food booths, and the Car Show on Sunday!
