Wes has stepped into a new role this past year!! Now leading as the General Manager at our Burton Heights location.

If you know Wes, you know he’s someone who just keeps showing up and figuring it out. He’s always been willing to learn, ask questions, and take on whatever’s in front of him — and that hasn’t changed as he’s stepped into leadership. He still lives out our Grow or Die core value in a real way. Not in a loud or flashy way. Just consistently putting in the work to get better and help the team move forward.
