Once again, a big THANK YOU to the UND Occupational Therapy department, students and Car-Fit for having the Car-Fit event at Modern Auto Body!! We had a new supervisor this year, Rocky, the cute white dog. It was a big success, many people participated! We are honored to host this important event.

Car-Fit is an educational program developed by AARP and the American Occupational Therapy Association to provide free assessments to check how well your personal vehicle “fits” you. A proper fit in one’s car can greatly increase not only the driver’s safety but also the safety of others. Although this program was originally developed for older drivers, people of any age could benefit from an assessment. For example, new drivers who do not have a lot of experience would be wonderful candidates for a Car-Fit assessment.
