As a business, we try our absolute best to take care of customers in every way... there are HUNDREDS of happy and satisfied customers who will vouch for our professionalism, products that are sold, and the work that is done. On the chance that mistakes are made that are the fault of Nep's Automotove, we happily and without any exyta charge, resolve those issues in a timely manner. What will not happen, is blame taken for poorly installed parts, engines that have been built and transported off the premises, (especially ones that have sat for months), tuning issues, improper parts, and hack jobs.

It's stated on our invoices, and often times, claims and waivers are required to be signed to protect us from false claims that are unfounded and untrue, or to justify and/or pacify faults that are not related to our work. That is the MAIN reason why there are disclaimers on not only our invoices, but the invoices of many other businesses through out this and many other trade industries.
