I love to get my customers everything they want. I really live to be able to check all the boxes. This year with inventory though we may have to turn those boxes to sliders and be willing to give in some areas to get what you want in others.

What are your thoughts on CNN's article? Have you run into this in your recent car search?

Car dealer lots have only a fraction of the vehicles that they typically have -- both new and used. It's helping send prices to record levels.
