Many thanks to everyone racers and track personnel
For showing up yesterday.
The weather got the best of us.
We learned a lot on track prep
For our first race. Everyone that showed up yesterday will have a free gate pass for the first race.

Good morning racers !
Tomorrow the Dirt Track at Sunny South will hold its first practice !!
If you are not racing tomorrow come see us. Dust off your old flatheads and take them for a spin. Clarence Dickens has been working hard getting the track just right along with Roger Beasley and the rest of the crew. Everyone is welcome all kart and lawnmower classes are welcome come tell us what classes you would like the track to run.
We are going to have a fall/winter series dates classes and times will be announced after this open practice.
Gates open at 4 tomorrow practice starts at 5.
The best concession Nancy's Pit Stop Café at any race track will be open.

Open Practice August 8th gates open at 4
Practice 5-9 longer if required .$10
All classes of Karts, Welcome.
Concession will be open.
Series schedule will be posted after first practice to allow for time to work out any issues that show up at practice.
Roger Beasley will be the race director for the dirt track.
We are working on classes and weights, payouts etc all will be as at other local tracks .Final decisions will be made after this practice. Please pm Roger Beasley or Wayne Okrzesik with any questions or concerns. We will answer all questions asap but all the employees of the track have full time jobs . Please be patient

Thank You for your patience this project took much longer than I expected.
We will be very heavy in Junior classes offering driving classes for the junior drivers starting at 4 years old, and kart setup classes for the adults of new junior drivers.
Look forward to seeing all our old friends and make some new ones also.
