Another National Service Day under wraps!

Every year, we do free oil changes for community members in need. We work every day to love our neighbor as ourselves.

Thank you to Many Mansions and local food pantries for partnering with us this year! A big thank you to local auto parts stores for providing parts for us as well!

We had to establish a strict no wake zone because hitting a flooded speed bump at 15 knots will total your suspension faster than the Lake Granbury stumps.

Your car deserves a check-in, too. 📝

From oil changes and tire health to brakes, fluids and those little warning signs you’ve been meaning to check, a little attention now can help prevent bigger surprises down the road.

Recently, after receiving a vehicle to donate, CBA Ocotillo gave their time, talent and expertise to ensure it was safe and reliable on the road. Once it was ready, they began praying about who should receive it. As they sought God’s direction, one organization kept coming to mind: Teen Challenge Home of Hope.

When the team reached out to the home’s director, they discovered one of the ministry’s staff members, Jewells, had been faithfully praying for reliable transportation. A graduate of Home of Hope herself, Jewells chose to remain after completing the program, first serving as an intern before joining the staff. Today, she dedicates her life to serving the women and children who find refuge and healing through the ministry.

The director shared that she and Jewells had been praying specifically for a vehicle and believed God had already promised to provide one. The call from the Ocotillo team was the answer they had been waiting for.

Let's take a minute to remember what the Bible says about forgiveness.

It says in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you."

Forgiving someone can be difficult, especially if that transgression came from someone close to you. Sometimes, forgiveness is more so for you rather than the person you're forgiving. If Jesus can forgive you for all of your sins, surely you can forgive a transgression against you from someone close to you.

Tires are a large investment, and you want to get the most out of them. Regular rotations help both your alignment and suspension components.

Remember, uneven tires can lead to a rougher ride, poor handling, and less traction in inclement weather. 🛞

If it's time for your next tire rotation or other maintenance service, give us a call or visit our website to book your appointment.
