2025 KTM 350 XC-F | National C / GNCC Setup 🏁

This 350 XC-F came back to us with 40+ hours after we originally set it up with the correct springs and a chassis service when the bike was brand new.

After feeling the difference Gold Valves made on his son’s bike, the customer came back ready to take his suspension to the next level.

We went fully custom with KDR-spec valving, including:

• Race Tech Suspension Gold Valves
• Full fork & shock rebuild
• KDR custom valving
• Micro-polished fork tubes & shock shaft
• Ultra-slick suspension oil
• Rear shock lock ring for added security
• Complete chassis service

During the chassis service, all linkage, pull rod and swingarm bearings, pivot bolts, axles and more are fully cleaned, inspected, greased and torqued to spec.

Our chassis service helps reduce friction, improve suspension movement, protect against water and contamination, and keep everything operating smoothly so the suspension can work how it should!

The bearings looked great after 40+ hours, but we cleaned everything up and packed them with fresh, premium grease to keep them protected for the next 40.

You can have the best suspension in the world, but if your chassis bearings aren’t working properly, you’ll never be able to take advantage of its full potential.

🔥 2023 Husqvarna FX 350 — Lowered 1.5”

We lowered this FX 350 the correct way — and no lowering links were needed. 👌

This bike already had a WP single-leg spring conversion, so we took the opportunity to build the suspension around the rider and the new ride height.

🔧 What we did:
• Race Tech Suspension Gold Valves in the forks & shock
• Custom suspension setting tailored to the rider
• High-performance fork & shock springs
• 1.5” lowering spacers
• Fork spring tube modification
• Proper spring preload set
• Fully rebuilt forks & shock
• SKF fork seals & quality OEM wear components
• Ultra-slick suspension oil
• Full chassis service
• Linkage and swingarm bearings cleaned and repacked with fresh grease
• Chassis bolts cleaned and greased
• Chassis torqued to factory specifications

The lowering spacers allow us to return the suspension to stock length down the road if needed, making this a much more versatile setup.

We don’t believe in taking shortcuts by simply installing a lowering link or sliding the fork tubes all the way up in the clamps. Those methods can negatively affect the bike’s balance, handling, and suspension performance, often causing more harm than good.

BRINGING THE OLDER BIKES BACK TO LIFE! 🔥

This 200 XC-W just received the full KDR treatment, and this setup is an absolute game changer for WP PDS suspension!

The Race Tech telescopic needle gives the shock a much more consistent and progressive stroke, helping eliminate that harsh end-of-stroke hit while keeping the suspension controlled throughout the travel.

This package is an absolute game changer on WP PDS bikes. 💥

One of the biggest misconceptions in suspension is that a leaking fork seal automatically means the suspension shop did something wrong.

The reality is that’s often not the case.

Any legitimate suspension shop will tell you that damaged lower fork tubes are one of the leading causes of premature fork seal failure. Rock chips, nicks, scratches, or any imperfection in the seal contact area can quickly damage a brand-new seal. This is also why proper fork guard design and protection are so important.

Of course, if a shop overlooks damaged tubes or cuts corners during inspection, that’s a different story. A quality suspension shop should always inspect every component before reassembly.

At KDR Suspension, every set of fork tubes and shock shafts is micro polished during service to ensure the sealing surface is as smooth as possible. This helps reduce friction, improves seal life, and gives your suspension the best chance at staying leak-free.

That’s why attention to detail and a thorough inspection matter just as much as the rebuild itself.
