🎥 TURN THE SOUND UP… because the GONG SHOW is coming! 🔔

What a week it’s been at Eby Ford.

Over the last seven days, our small but mighty team has had the absolute privilege of welcoming so many new faces into the Eby Ford family, while also seeing so many familiar ones return. That’s something that never gets old.

As both a sales manager and a salesperson, I get the best seat in the house. I get to watch our team go to work, help guide deals, mentor new talent, and sometimes still jump in and close a few myself. And alongside my mentor and partner in crime Tony, we’ve been smiling all week watching this team deliver the kind of experience that proves something important:

👉 Buying a car doesn’t have to suck.

Around here it looks a little different.

It looks like:

• Laughing with customers across the desk

• High fives when the deal comes together

• Families picking out their next adventure vehicle

• First-time buyers ringing the gong

• And a showroom full of smiles.

If you watch the video, you’ll see exactly what we mean — happy customers, awesome rides, and plenty of GONG SHOW moments to celebrate.

But what makes this place truly special goes beyond the showroom.

This week our Eby Ford family and our community came together in a big way. With the help of so many generous people, we were able to fill a Transit van full of supplies for families affected by the recent tornado. That’s the kind of thing that reminds you this business isn’t just about cars… it’s about people.

And if the last week is any indication…

A Transit van full of supplies… and a whole lot of heart from this community.

Today we delivered a van packed full of donations from the Arron@Eby Family, the EBY Ford Team, and the entire Eby Ford Family to help our neighbors in the Three Rivers, Michigan area following the recent tornados.

The volunteers on site were incredibly thankful, and it was clear just how much these donations mean to families beginning the cleanup and rebuilding process.

Because of the incredible generosity from our community, many immediate needs have already been met. Relief efforts are now being coordinated through United Way of St. Joseph County (MI) to ensure supplies continue getting to the families who need them most.

First off, THANK YOU Michiana. The support we’ve already seen from this community has been incredible and we truly appreciate everyone who has already stopped by to donate supplies.

We’ve switched from the box truck to a transit van parked out front of the dealership so we can continue collecting donations and make deliveries as needed.

The tornado relief drive is still underway here at Eby Ford, and we’ll be here collecting supplies:

🕕 Wednesday until 6 PM

If you’re able to stop by, we would greatly appreciate any donations.

We’ve also been in contact with organizers working directly in the hardest-hit areas, and while all the supplies listed below are still needed, bedding has now become a high priority item.

🚨 EBY FORD TORNADO RELIEF SUPPLY DRIVE 🚨

Our neighbors to the north in Edwardsburg, Three Rivers, and Union City were hit hard by the recent tornadoes, and many families are now facing damaged homes and immediate needs.

At Eby Ford, we believe in taking care of our community — and when our neighbors need help, we show up.

Together are launching a community relief supply drive and asking the Michiana community to help us fill a box truck with essential supplies that will be delivered directly to families impacted by the storms.

A large box truck will be parked in front of the showroom and will serve as our collection point.

The truck doors will remain open for donations, but please do not enter the truck.

Simply place your donated supplies inside and our team will organize and secure everything as the truck fills.

🎉 Congratulations to Mr. Andrews on his new 2025 Ford F-150 XLT! 🎉

Another great example of how teamwork makes great things happen here at Eby Ford.

Mr. Andrews stopped in the other day considering the purchase of a new truck and was welcomed by our newest recruit, Ashlyn. With a little guidance from her trainer and some help from fellow salesperson Sam, the team quickly put together a fantastic deal that made sense for Mr. Andrews.

Today, he returned to take home the keys to his brand-new 2025 F-150 XLT, and we couldn’t be happier for him!
