Just a reminder that Fall Carlisle is 1 month away. I will be in the same spaces as last year, G1-G4, right on the end not far from gate 2. I would be able to bring anything large with me with the exception of vehicles, so if there is something that would be costly to ship you can save some money if picked up there. Some might be coming along regardless, but be sure to check.

Well that didn't take long. All I had to do was put in a fresh battery and clean the points and it runs! It was pretty smoky at first, partially because I put some oil down the cyinders beforehand but it has since started to clear up. The gas tank was completely empty so after this video I put a little in just to see if it would pick up anything, and it almost immediately started running on its own without cleaning the carb or anything. I took it down the road even though it has absolutely no brakes and the tires are about to come apart, and it goes through all of the gears. It definitely needs some tlc but it's great to know the drivetrain seems to be sound.

Here is what I bought at the auction today. The most exciting by far is a 1969 Subaru Sambar pickup. I don't know if I have ever seen one in person before. This one is complete and very original. I did pull the seat out to vacuum the interior and slapped some tape to try and hold the rest of the cover together, but that's it so far. Surprisingly the tires/tubes are all holding air as well. I think my plan will be to try and get the 2 cyl engine running, it does turn by hand at least. Will have more updates on that soon!

Heading to an auction, there are a bunch of old trucks, tractors, farm equipment, tools, and more. Some of the trucks are pretty cool, but every one of these is either to big for me to want to deal with, or too rough to be worth much more than scrap in my opinion. I have my eye set on a couple of things elsewhere, so we'll see what I end up with.

**PARTING OUT** I've had these 3 for too long with no interest, and unfortunately at this point I can make way more off of parting them out rather than selling whole for what I am asking. Here are a few leftovers from some of the July swap meets I finally got pictures of to list, along with a couple other recent purchases. I also decided I am going to go to the Springfield Ohio swap meet again in September. *FOR SALE* Set of 6 1954 Chevy Bel Air 15" Wheel covers. They look nice in pictures, but all have dings and dents. Some have quite a few small ones, they are hard to show in pictures. 2 days left for the flea market. I've sold a decent amount of small stuff so far. The weather looks a bit iffy this afternoon but hopefully Saturday will hold out. After this there won't be any swap meets until the middle of September, and will be pretty packed from then through early October with Canfield, Carlisle, and Hershey.
