2GR lower intake redesign. After the success of the over ported 2GR lower intake, I could not leave it alone. These 3D printed test fit parts are just PLA. Next is a complete version in PLA. Then ASA for dyno testing. I hope to have made several improvements.

2GRFE 343whp and 301ftlbs. Feels good to be back to my old FXE intake. Used what we learned on the billet uppers to see if gains were to be had. The 83mm throttle and Over Ported Lower did not disappoint. No one shot glory pull. This thing makes over 340whp over and over. No smoothing on runs shown. All Motor life is hard work. You gotta fight for those gains. This will conclude my testing for a bit

354whp on a stock unopened 2GRFE. No cams, no fxe pistons, no fuel games, just breathing mods. I have not even altered the tune since back at run 13. If you are on a FMW V1 intake and not running a heavily ported lower, you are just wasting effort. The "over ported" lower made same low end power as the 32mm spacer version without the top end losses. There are still gains to be found, don't give up on the stock stuff too soon. Notice that I'm sharing run conditions, correction percentages, smoothing, etc. Hell, you want the run file. Just contact me.

2GR Open Header Test. At end of my intake manifold testing I wanted to see if removing the exhaust picked up any power. The answer is no. My X-pipe has no top or bottom end losses and picked up mid range.
