Local travel advisory!

If you're traveling on I-74 westbound near Carlock, reduce your speed and keep your eyes peeled. We've had several calls in the last 30 to 40 minutes for vehicles with flat tires and blowouts in the area. Illinois State Police have been notified, and will be checking the area.

Where are the road updates this year, you ask? Well, a couple Sundays ago, the engine in Truck Norris threw a rod and tried to saw itself in half on the way to church. The rollback has been down awaiting an engine rebuild, which is a lower priority now that the wrecker is down. It's gonna be at least another week for two before the wrecker or rollback are up and running, but our repair shop is open and serving our customers daily!

Not sure what sorts of booze and/or drugs the general public is on today, but everybody needs to calm down! I've never seen so many wrecks, deer strikes and near misses in such a short time on American soil in all my life!
