🚨 2027 is shaping up to be a BIG year for GMC! 🛻🔥
If you’re wondering what’s coming next from GMC, there’s plenty to get excited about—especially if you’re a truck person.
The headline is the next-generation 2027 GMC Sierra 1500. GMC has announced an all-new exterior and redesigned interior, new digital and trailering technology, an available panoramic sunroof, an available new MultiPro center console, and an updated powertrain lineup that includes two new sixth-generation Small Block V8 engines, an enhanced TurboMax and an available Duramax diesel. The new Sierra is expected to begin arriving at dealerships in late 2026.
And off-road fans… the 2027 Sierra AT4X is getting SERIOUS. 😎 GMC says it will offer 35-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory MT tires, new Multimatic Jounce Control Dampers, front AND rear electronic locking differentials, a 2-inch suspension lift and a completely redesigned interior.
🚙 2027 Terrain: GMC’s small SUV continues with its huge 15-inch infotainment display, 16+ standard safety and driver-assistance technologies, and Elevation, AT4 and Denali personalities. The AT4 adds equipment such as a front skid plate, steel underbody shield and Terrain drive mode.
🔥 2027 Acadia: Still bringing three-row versatility with seating for up to eight, a 328-hp 2.5L turbo engine, available Super Cruise, up to 10 available camera views and up to 5,000 pounds of trailering capability when properly equipped.
⚡ And GMC isn’t slowing down on EVs. The special 2027 GMC HUMMER EV ICON | 25 is expected in early 2027, celebrating 25 years since the original HUMMER H1 Alpha era.
One important note: GMC has not yet released complete 2027-model information for every vehicle in the U.S. lineup. As of now, GMC’s U.S. site still lists the Yukon, Canyon, Sierra EV and regular HUMMER EV lineup primarily as 2026 models, so we’ll share those 2027 updates as GMC makes them official.
