That's a long freaking time!

You can imagine all the rare and beautiful Mercedes we've gotten to fix over the years.

But after all this time, we've learned something...

Nobody's bragging about their car breaking down.

Or that it picked the absolute worst possible time.

But those things happen to all of us.

We've fixed Mercedes for so long we haven't forgotten what it's like for you to bring yours into a repair shop.

There's a difference between a hunch...
And knowing.

In fact, most of our repairs begin with a hunch

That's what 60+ years of fixing Mercedes gives you — seeing the same issues more than once.

It doesn't matter how confident we are about something.

Until we actually prove it!

Sometimes that means testing something again.

Maybe getting another technician's eyes on it.

Going back to the beginning because something just doesn't add up.

That's not wasted time.

It's just how you get an answer we can stand behind and feel confident in ❤

The car will be safe.

And you'll never have to worry about missing something.

The customer will spend more money, sure...

But hey — everything's covered.
..That's one way to go about it.

There's a difference between throwing every possible recommendation at a customer and actually evaluating their specific car.

Around here, that means figuring out...

What matters now.

What can wait.

And what doesn't need to be done at all.

That's how we approach every Mercedes that comes through our doors.

There's a technical side to what we do.

Diagnosis.
Measurement.
Experience.
The right tools.

That's what fixes your car.

But none of that tells us what this repair means to you 🫵

Maybe you need the car back tomorrow.

Maybe the repair wasn't something you planned on spending money on.

Maybe you're worried about what we're going to find.

The lightweight tubular space frame made conventional doors impractical...

So Mercedes went with a rather unconventional solution.

And in the process, created one of the most recognizable cars ever built!
