Human: Joy Bogard — Finance Department

Official Titles: Forever Chief Snoozing Officer 💤 & Guardian of Snow Days and Snuggles 🐾

Behind our Finance Department's Joy were two very special boys who filled her family's life with laughter, comfort, and unconditional love. Today, we honor them both.

🌈🐻 Bear, AKA "Cinnamon Sugar Boy" — Director of Naps & Conversations

Rescued at age 2, Bear spent 12 wonderful years with Joy's family. This gentle Chow/Lab giant was the sweetest, slightly grumpy senior citizen!

At 14, he preferred snoozing over toys, blueberries and raspberries over just about anything, and talking back like a Husky! 😂🫐

Joy's beloved Cinnamon Sugar Boy recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge, leaving a lifetime of precious memories behind. ❤️

🌈🐶 Louie — Director of Snow Days & Emotional Support

Joy's very first pup came home at just 4 months old and shared 15½ beautiful years with her.

This goofy Golden Retriever loved rolling in the snow—but retrieving? Apparently, nobody explained the job description! 😂❄️

Louie always knew when Joy or her kiddos needed comfort. He'd curl up close, rest his chin on their stomach, and stay by their side.

And the sound of someone eating an apple? Louie reported for duty IMMEDIATELY! 🍎🐾

💙 Their Forever Management Philosophy: "Life is better with snacks, naps, snowy adventures, and someone who loves you unconditionally."

We like to imagine Bear and his big brother Louie reunited beyond the Rainbow Bridge—Louie playing in the snow while Bear finds the perfect sunny spot for a nap.❤️

Two beautiful souls. Two lifetimes of love. Paw prints that will never fade.

Official Dealership Title: Director of Customer Cuddles & Professional Lap Warmer 🐾❤️

Meet Eddie, the adorable little love behind our Service Cashier, Mickey! And judging by these pictures, this little guy has mastered two very important skills: looking absolutely precious and getting comfortable wherever he pleases! 😂💙

🐶 Eddie — Chief Comfort Officer

When Mickey is busy taking care of our Subaru service customers, Eddie is apparently running his own operation!

His daily responsibilities include supervising nap schedules, conducting comfort inspections, making sure Mickey gets plenty of love, and occasionally stopping by to oversee dealership operations.

And judging by that second photo, Eddie has already located the Customer Lounge and is prepared to take over customer relations! 😂

Special Skills: Expert-level snuggling, finding the coziest sleeping spots, giving irresistible puppy eyes, and looking like royalty while doing absolutely nothing.

One minute, it’s a perfectly normal day. The next, management walks by to find a ghost stretched across the desk, answering phones and waiting for someone to say, “Boo-k me a test drive!”

POV: You’re walking the lot to find a customer’s vehicle of interest when a brand-new 2027 Subaru BRZ suddenly appears. 👀💙

Did I have time to grab the keys? No.

Did that stop me from launching an immediate through-the-window photo shoot? Absolutely not. 😂

The blue paint caught my attention, the red interior held me hostage and the 6-speed manual said, “Your other task can wait.” 📸

Three cats. Three completely different personalities. One household that clearly no longer belongs to the humans.

🐱 Virginia — Director of Warm Laundry
Virginia has discovered one of life's greatest luxuries: freshly dried clothes. If the dryer is warm and the laundry is clean, there's a very good chance Virginia has already clocked in for her shift. 💕

🐱 Bill — Recreation & Neighborhood Watch Coordinator
Bill enjoys staring out the window, keeping tabs on the neighborhood, and joining friends for board-game night. Unfortunately, we're still waiting to see him actually pay attention to the rules.

🐱 Bruce — Hide-and-Seek Specialist
Bruce loves to hide. There's just one tiny problem... Bruce is not particularly good at hiding. 😂 If you can see a giant fluffy tail sticking out from under the furniture, please pretend you didn't. He's doing his best.

Management Style: Virginia handles laundry. Bill handles entertainment. Bruce handles covert operations... poorly.

Together, they're a highly specialized team with absolutely no intention of contributing to the mortgage.💙

Bane is our Sales Specialist Jon Knutsen’s best buddy, and judging by that giant smile, he takes his job of keeping Jon entertained pretty seriously. 😂

His responsibilities include greeting everyone like an old friend, keeping good vibes high, supervising snack distribution, and proving that a big smile can get you pretty much anything you want.

Special Skills: Best-buddy duties, professional-level smiling, treat negotiations, and looking like he’s permanently having the best day ever.
