SUMMER OFFICE HOURS
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, & FRIDAY 9AM - NOON.

AS OF 4/15/26 ALL FRONT DOORS TO BILLIARDS, SEWING, & GYM ROOMS WILL BE LOCKED IN THE FRONT. IF YOU WANT TO ACCESS THE GYM OR BILLIARD ROOMS, THEY WILL REMAIN UNLOCKED ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE BUILDING FOR 24 HOUR ACCESS. THE POOL WILL BE OPEN 24 HRS A DAY AS WELL.

IF ANYONE WHO REMAINS HERE AT ANYTIME FROM MAY 1ST - SEPTEMBER 30TH, AND YOU NEED TO USE ONE OF THE ROOMS OR GAIN ACCESS TO THE COSTCO CARD. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT JODI TO ARRANGE THINGS.

Tomorrow April 3rd is Good Friday, and our office will be closing at noon.

Anyone that is departing over the weekend, you are welcome to bring your meter reading up to us today, and we can get you caught up. We are open until 3 pm today.

Community Notice: Pool & Facility Pet Policy Reminder

To address the dog incident at the pool over the weekend:

Please be reminded that no pets are allowed around any of our facility buildings, including the pool area.

After reviewing security footage from this past weekend, we identified a non-resident visitor who had a dog in the pool area. We also observed several residents cutting through the pool area with their dogs, as well as others walking their dogs around the facility buildings. All of these situations are violations of community rules.

To prevent future incidents, new signage will be installed early next week clearly designating all areas around the facilities — including the pool area — as No Pet Zones.

We ask that all residents please follow the community rules. If you are hosting guests or visitors, it is highly recommended that they do not bring pets to the property facilities.

Good morning Arizonian’s,

This is a reminder that if you own an ATV, a $10 fee per ATV is required and must be paid at the office.

At this time, the ATV wash is out of order as we need to purchase a new pump. The cost of the new pump is being fronted personally by the office and will need to be recouped through the ATV fees that are collected.

Currently, only 27 residents have paid the required ATV fee. A statement will be placed in the mailboxes today for those residents who have not yet submitted payment.

Please take care of this as soon as possible so repairs can be completed and the ATV wash returned to service.
