UPI received a flattering award from South East Toyota in recognition of ‘Performance Excellence’. This award highlights how important it is that every step along the way is handled with care and interest in assuring the customer gets more than they expect. Our sales group (DJB) has established a long-standing excellent level of support to them over many years and does a beautiful job of coordinating customer needs and expectations throughout our organization. This award is the result of every UPI employee's contributions and hard work, which continues to set our company apart from many of our competitors.

We are proud to announce Universal Products, Inc. was recently honored as the recipient of the 2018 “Supplier of the Year” Award from Nautique Boats.

This year marks the first year for Nautique to formally recognize and award supplier performance. UPI excelled in evaluation totals in several areas including quality, service, lead-time delivery, cost and product development.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by Nautique Boats as their first recognized “Supplier of the Year,” commented UPI President, Randy Morriss. “This award was earned on the hard work and efforts of the entire UPI Team and the dedicated partnership we have with Nautique Boats. Year after year we focus on the importance of doing our best to support our customer’s and being recognized for those efforts is deeply gratifying.”
