To Our Valued Community, we want to share with you that our business and family have experienced tremendous loss because of the September flood. We are deeply saddened by the passing of our co-worker and family member, Heather Johnson. In addition, we have lost our home and three vehicles. Despite these challenges, we remained open to support our community with claims and vehicle repairs. At this time, we must take a brief period to grieve and recover.
Our office will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays for deliveries, drop-offs, and scheduling appointments.
Instructions for Insured Customers: If you are able to use your insurance company’s app:
o Please initiate your claim through the app.
o If photo uploads are permitted, follow the provided instructions to expedite the claims process.
o Your insurance company will send a preliminary repair estimate.
o If you require a rental vehicle, request that your insurer reserve one at our local Enterprise location for December 8th, 2025.
o Kindly text or email your contact information, vehicle year/make/model, and claim number. A team member will follow up with you.
If you are unable to use the insurance app: Please text or email your claim details, including vehicle year/make/model. We will assist you throughout the process.
• Accident and Towing Assistance:
o If your vehicle needs to be towed to our facility, our local towing companies have secure access to our yard.
o Please text or email your claim information and vehicle details. We will contact you to coordinate further steps.
• We will return on December 8th, 2025, to assist with repairs and claims.
