We're still open! This road closure won't affect Berthod Motors CDJR! We're on the other side of the round-a-bout on South Grand Avenue and 27th is still open.

Correction: S. Grand Ave. is anticipated to be closed through Saturday, August 12.

Motorists should plan for a road closure of South Grand Avenue between Penrose Plaza and 27th Street for utility work. The road will be closed from August 9 through 12 during the day and overnight. No through traffic. Travel delays are anticipated. Please plan extra travel time through the area.

While upgrading utility service connections, crews encountered unforeseen conditions requiring a road closure to maintain safe working conditions. The road is anticipated to reopen the evening of August 12.

Residential access and business access are open via 23rd Street. Penrose Plaza businesses and residents should use 27th Street for access.

5:00 p.m. Carnival & Vendor Booths open
