We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair, with the ability to work on various makes and models. This role involves repairing and maintaining vehicles to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. The Auto Body Technician will utilize a range of tools and techniques to fabricate parts, perform welding, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
* Taking photos of the damage and the complete vehicle.
* Performing pre-repair wash, inspection, scans, and documentation.
* Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs, additional damages, and parts after the teardown.
* Use power tools and hand tools to disassemble, repair, or replace damaged vehicle parts.
* Check in the repair parts to verify the correct parts and condition.
* Sand and prep parts for painting.
* Masking and prepping vehicles and parts for painting.
* Assemble vehicle parts after repairs are completed.
* Detail vehicles post-repair to ensure a high-quality finish.
* Perform post-repair inspection, scans, photos, and documentation.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
