Audi S4! This one was a long haul! This client bought this car and shortly after buying it found out the previous owner had removed the transmission cooling lines. We went ahead and pulled the engine. Installed the genuine transmission cooling lines, replaced the engine mounts and valve cover gaskets, also replaced the pcv. Then we got to the fun stuff! Installed Integrated Engineering supercharger pulley, heat exchanger and down pipes! Tuned it with IE as well!

For those curious! We were heating up a 3.0T supercharger pulley prior to installation! These supercharger pulleys require special tools to remove. Then when installing they have to be heated up to around 400 degrees then installed on the car, when they cool they lock down onto the supercharger and are ready to rip!

PCV Action. Also known as your oil separator! These don’t have a service life per VW or Audi. How ever fail rates tend to be at a 80-100k range. We recommend to replace your PCV every 80k. The internal diaphragm in these can tear causing vacuum leaks which affects drive ability. And in worst case scenarios can cause other epilepsy leaks due to built up crankcase pressure.
