Here we go with our next Veterans project and we are excited to say the least. The owner of Pepper’s Pub in Ellsworth Maine has started a fundraising campaign to cover the costs of a Veteran and guest to come experience a guided ice fishing trip from January 9-12 2025. Everything including food will be provided. This is a very generous thing for them to do. If you are currently serving, a retired Veteran, or know of one that would enjoy this trip here’s what you need to do. Send me a private message describing why you would enjoy this trip and a brief military history of yourself. I will select a final 3 and present them to the owner of Pepper’s for the final selection. The winner will be notified on November 11, Veterans Day. Please show Pepper’s some love and stop in for a drink and some delicious food and tell them thanks!! Please give this a share so we can really have some reach

Tomorrow kicks off our Veterans stay at Witt’s End. We have been working extremely hard finishing up all the final touches. One thing I neglected was widely getting the word out on the BBQ we will be hosting on Saturday the 14th starting at 11. If you are a Veteran or LEO or a supporter of these fine folks please come join us. Everything will be provided by our sponsors.
