Rowan's Rides We are a small family owned performance truck shop. specializing in GM performance trucks, turbo/supercharger, suspension, brake and fuel upgrades.

Dm us for inquires. Rowan’s Rides is a small family owned business ran by Blake and Ashley Rowan. We have been in business since 2009. We specialize in performance trucks, specifically gm trucks. We offer many services from complete paint jobs, engine swaps, suspension, brake and fuel upgrades, custom exhaust, custom Ac lines. We have experience in turbo/supercharger applications. We also have many parts vendors we deal with as well as manufacture a lot of our own products. Feel free to reach out to us for a parts quote or if you need help figuring out what parts you need for your build. We also try to keep a selection of trucks in inventory so if you are looking to buy a turn key truck or have one built buy us you don't have to search for the project. Hypothetically speaking:

You win this truck in a drawing or somehow you get this truck for free and you have one week off work to build it and 10k to spend on it. What is your mod list? (I know we can’t go crazy, want this to be a realistic scenario). Starts off as a v6 roll up window truck.

I think my move would be to find an extended cab that is rusty or has a bad trans etc but is a loaded truck with full console/power etc for $1500

Swap interior so it is nice, get headliner redone, new carpet, etc. so let’s say $2000 (including parts truck cost) for interior clean up and v8 wiring/misc

Run through the 5.3 with truck Norris cam kit, trunnion, dual springs, oil pump etc etc. $1500

Try out the EA200 Nissan 6speed manual trans with adapter plate, clutch, flywheel etc. runs about $3200 all in on the manual swap with junkyard trans.

Buy one of our RR turbo kits for $2400
DW400 drop in fuel pump/hotwire kit $550
Fic 750 injectors $600
Tru-trac with 4.11 $1000
Maxtrac control arms 4” $600

Ohhh wait this is all a joke because you can’t even build a free truck for under $10,000 doing it all yourself. We have built many trucks and it still is shocking sometimes how quickly it will all add up.

So maybe let’s up the hypothetical budget of 10k to 15k 😂

We have been getting blown up about questions regarding our 99-13 GM truck/suv turbo kits. We only build them in batches when we have the time to do so.

For the month of November we will bring them back. We will be making 10 kits, but can make more if the demand is there.

All the info is on our website for them.

The 99-06 truck kits do require a 28” radiator to clear our piping the way it is designed! We have been running the on3 radiator with a custom aluminum shroud and spal fans (about 600$ for the combo) and will be sharing all the PN with you guys but we will not sell it you will have to go online and order it yourself.

The 99-06 kit included: cast driver and passenger side manifolds, crossover tube with 44mm VS gen2 wastegate, 3” downpipe, VS racing 7578 journal bearing turbo, 3” VS racing intercooler (4” optional for 150$ additional), cnc cut and bent upper and lower intercooler brackets, couplers, clamps piping with welded BOV fl**ge and IAT b**g, oil feed and drain lines.

Complete 99-06 kit runs $2399 plus $100 shipping.
Complete 07-13 kit runs $2499 plus $100 shipping.

07-13 kit does not require 28” radiator the stock 34” radiator and fans works perfect.

This kit is designed for entry level turbo in mind running anywhere from 400-700hp.

You will still need to purchase: MAP sensor, IAT sensor, Spark plugs, manifold gaskets/new bolts, injectors/pump (depending on power level), have someone weld the oil drain into your oil pan (can use timing cover), air intake (no filter included) and custom tuning.

Home improvements this week! Sorry for the delays in the responses to everyone!

We are adding on 1800 square ft to the body shop which will also double as a metal fab area! This will help speed up builds big time!

One thing about our team is that we are a TEAM, we all jump in and pull our weight and do whatever it takes to get the job done! Our office guy is out forming and prepping for pouring a concrete slab, mechanics are putting paint booth exhaust ducting up (that we should have done years ago) and everyone else helping out wherever they can.

We are pouring the slab on Saturday and the ducting needed to get done before our next big paint job next week!

We are painting an 87 K5 blazer, colors are Hugger orange and white. It will be done in a OEM two tone with factory style pinstripe.

What’s your vote, do we do orange with blue strips with silver in the middle of the blue stripes or white? We are going to do a spray out on an old fender so we can see it in bigger format (spray out cards are hard to envision it). Final stripes will be done to OEM spec these are just laid out with 1/4 fine line tape for a quick idea.
