Dear Valued Customers,
After 14 years at the same location, we have BIG changes coming.
We want to let you know that we are in the process of purchasing a new property for our business. We are very excited about the future and what this new property will mean for our business and most importantly, our customers. However, getting to this point has not been without its challenges. We are experiencing unexpected difficulties with Anne Arundel County in obtaining the necessary use approvals and licenses for the new property. While we continue working through that process, we unfortunately find ourselves without a permanent shop for the next few months.
We had hoped to remain at our current location while everything was being finalized, but with the property now under new ownership, we have not been given the opportunity to enter into a short-term lease. As a result, beginning in October, we will be operating out of a temporary space while we continue working toward our permanent location.
We know that change can be difficult, especially after 14 years in one place, and we understand that this will cause some inconvenience for both our business and our customers. Please know we are doing everything we can to keep our business moving forward and to make this transition as smooth as possible.
Most importantly, we want you to know how truly grateful we are.
For years, you have trusted us, supported us, recommended us to your friends and family, and allowed us to be a part of your lives. We would not be where we are today without you. The relationships we have built over the years mean more to us than we can ever fully express, and we are incredibly thankful for every customer who has walked through our doors and supported our business.
We are excited about what lies ahead, and we are working hard to get through this transition so that we can settle into a permanent home and continue serving our amazing community for many years to come.
We will keep you updated as things progress and will share information about our temporary location and our new property as soon as we are able. Please like our page as that will be quickest way for us to keep everyone updated.
When you are ready for your winterization please call us and we will get you on the schedule, we are adjusting our hours and temporarily offering more mobile winterizations.
