WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK. PERIOD.
Today we’re replacing these headlights 100% FREE OF CHARGE for our customer Jason.
When we originally customized and color-matched these lights, I tried to speed up part of the process. The color match came out great, but taking that faster route caused an alteration in the plastic that showed up later.
That’s the consequence of trying to find a “quick and easy” way to do something and no it wasn’t on every job — and as a business owner, I take responsibility for it.
When Jason picked up his truck, I gave him my word:
“If anything happens to these lights, I’ll take care of it at no cost to you.”
Well, something happened. And today, we’re keeping that promise.
Nobody is perfect. No shop is perfect. What separates a reputable business is what they do when something doesn’t go as planned.
We learn from it.
We correct the process.
We make it right.
And the customer doesn’t pay for our mistake.
