Let the suspension do the work, not the frame. These old trucks are light to begin with, once you put real power behind them, any flex in the chassis shows up as movement you can feel. The frame’s job is to stay level and let the suspension handle the rest. No body roll, changes lanes flat, stuck to the ground. Thats a Fat Fender Chassis right there.

5.0 Fired up before he was even ready for it. Tinkered Speed Shop just finished wiring his ‘71 F100 front to back with our Coyote swap wire harness and this was the very first crank. Used Gen 3 Coyote on a jump pack and it caught instantly. Sound on for this one. Full install video is on his channel, and harnesses for 67-72, 53-56, and 73-79 are on our site now.

Been hiding this one in the back of the shop. This twin turbo ‘56 F100 has been quietly coming together for a while now and we’ve been putting a lot of work into it. Interior kit is about to go in and the wood bed is getting stained. Excited to finally make some content with this thing.

The bulkheads sold him before the truck even started.

Tinkered Speed Shop wired up his ‘71 F100 Coyote swap with our wire harness. Full pin outs through the firewall, everything pre terminated, no cutting holes and stuffing grommets. By the end he said he’d buy it again in a heartbeat for a supercharger build. Full review is on his channel, worth a watch.

Harnesses for 67-72, 53-56, and 73-79 are on fatfender.com now.

Turns out Goodguys likes orange. Bogey and the Duomo both got named Truck of the Year finalists at the West Coast Nationals in Pleasanton today. 🏆 Scott and Steve drove em out and walked back with the paperwork. A ’73 GMC squarebody and a ’56 F100 panel, nothing alike except the color. Two good trucks, two good owners.
