🚘 🧼 Potomac Car Wash Project Update 🧼 🚘

I promised a couple of weeks back that we would give you an update of the upcoming Artesian Well Car Wash…

Below is an image of the new building which will begin construction in August of 2026. We are grateful for the large amount of feedback received from the citizens of Potomac and surrounding areas, this feedback we received helped shaped the vision for what we will be building for you!

The 2 most popular questions we received….

Q: Will the laundromat be returning?!?

A: Absolutely and it will be returning with some of the highest quality washers and dryers available in the commercial laundry world! 🧺 I’ve been chasing laundromats around the midwest in my travels 🛻 💨 🛣️ to research and bring the best to Potomac.

Q: Will there be a tall wash bay for trucks, campers, and boats?

A: Yes! The taller wash bay will be approx 45 Feet Long with a 14’ ceiling height to allow for hot water and high pressure washing of larger vehicles!

We have several other exciting details that we will roll out in time, but one of the most exciting parts to me is details that we have partnered with Jeb Kennel Builders to help us navigate the project, and Vogelsang Plumbing LLC will be working hard to get that Artesian Water dialed in just right 👌 for an excellent washing experience!

This building will have a 2nd story for future opportunity in Downtown Potomac and we plan to have a small gaming parlor as well so you can try your luck 🍀 🎰 while you wash your 👕 👖 🧺! 😎

We are excited for the opportunity to bring this Potomac and hope you enjoy the photo of what’s to come!

I would personally like to thank the Village Board of Potomac as they have welcomed the concept with open arms, and each citizen I’ve had to opportunity to visit with in passing who have provided positive encouragement!
