🌿 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT! 🌿

Meet Mickey, our Sales Manager!

The handsomest one at the farm (I’m definitely NOT the one making this post 😉)

Mickey has been with Chapel Ford Farm since June and loves getting out, exploring new places, and meeting businesses that could be a great fit for our products. His favorite part of the job is helping put farm-fresh, no-additive products on customers’ tables and giving people an opportunity to eat cleaner.

Before joining the farm, Mickey worked as an insurance agent and tag & title specialist. Outside of work, he’s a singer, guitarist, and musician who performs most weekends in Gettysburg by Mr. G’s Ice cream. He’s also a husband and proud dad of three, who are his entire world. His favorite food is his wife’s meatloaf, and his Chapel Ford favorite is our Sweet Italian Sausage!

His favorite saying sums it up best: “The days are long, but the years are short. Make them count.”

With several already carrying our products, our mission is to make farm-fresh, non-GMO fed, antibiotic-free meat easier to find while giving our community an alternative to big-company meat.

Meet Devon!

Devon has been with Chapel Ford Farm for 1 year and 3 months. His favorite part of working here is the day-to-day life, and he especially enjoys loading pallets and getting orders ready to ship. Before joining us, he worked in warehouse shipping and construction.

Outside of work, Devon enjoys cars, video games, nature, learning new things, and spending time with his cat. His favorite food is turkey, and his favorite product we make is our Fettuccine Sausage!

We appreciate Devon’s hard work, dedication, and everything he brings to the team. Thanks for all you do, Devon!

Meet Landon, one of our hardworking Slaughtermen and Farm Helpers!

Landon enjoys working with the animals on the farm and spending time with the great people he works alongside every day. Before joining our team, he worked at SGI, but says nothing compares to the environment and people here.

When he’s not helping on the farm, you’ll likely find him building new chicken tractors or setting up brooders. And if you’re looking for his favorite product, it’s our delicious Spinach & Feta Sausage!

We’re thankful for Landon’s hard work, dedication, and the positive attitude he brings to the team every day. Thanks for everything you do, Landon!

Meet Jayla, one of our talented Meat Cutters!

Before joining our team, Jayla spent five years as a welder, and those skills have even come in handy helping repair equipment around the shop. She’s a dedicated team member who takes pride in her work and is always willing to lend a hand.

Outside of work, Jayla is a proud mom who loves catching up on sleep, used to enjoy roller skating, and never says no to KFC’s hot and spicy chicken wings. Her favorite product we make is our Jalapeño Popper Sausage!
