It is with a heavy heart, a lot of thought and decision making that I will be closing J&C Automotive Service LLC after 8 years of business. The decision comes after evaluating the stresses of the daily grind as the owner, advisor, head technician, trainer, and the list goes on. The changes in society, increase of technology on vehicles and lack of knowledgeable/trainable individuals have affected the growth of my business as it has for many others in and outside of this industry. Sacrificing many hours, days, and weeks apart from my family and adding all the “business responsibilities” after hours that fall on me apart from repairing vehicles, has been taxing to say the least. I understand this is not an issue in our industry only but is an epidemic across all industries. Regardless, it has brought me to the point that I had to think about my health, my family and my family’s future. I have always desired to use my skill set to positively affect people on a larger scale, to both aid, train and improve myself and other technicians in the automotive repair industry. I believe the opportunity that I have now can provide that growth and improvement. I cannot thank the customers that we have had enough for their trust in the quality of work that I ensured them J&C Automotive Service LLC would provide. The last day of operation at the shop will be June 26th. Again, thank you to all the customers that made this journey possible for me and my family.
