One corner buttoned up on the Awesome thing.
Wire wheeled, cleaned and painted the shocktower and such.

New brake hoses, stainless hard lines, shoes, cylinders, playschool hardware capped off with a freshly turned brake drum. New shocks and wheel seals too.

Anybody looking for a good glass buggy project?

Got this nice old body on a rolling '67 chassis. Title matches chassis and it has pretty fair original pan halves in it too. Still needs to be cut down...

Has a killer hard top as well!

Id take $1,500 for it like it sits.

I've got another, rougher body as well that I'd take $400 for if you're thrifty.

THING(s) are progressing!

I've gotten a trashbag and a half of crud, pine needles, bees nests and whatever else out of it.

Ive shop vac'd it a dozen times and turn around its full of crud again.

Floorpans are patches on patches, BUT the story that they will float is a myth anyhow...

Mile of junk wiring and wire nuts yanked out.

Steering column cleaned up, new ignition switch and electrical portion installed, signal and wiper stalks cleaned up, greased on the pivots and now installed and operational.

Did a quick clean on one of the seats. They're not perfect, but in really excellent shape considering the condition of the car around it. 😀

This crunchy ass awesome thing has been sitting here for two years now...

I've got more than enough projects, but haven't had a soul physically come see this THING, so maybe if it's mobile it will increase the chances of finding it a new home by 2%.

6" Narrowed Linkpin beam, built out to the brakes for Brad in North Carolina. Nearly ready to pick up.

Torsions, tie rods and ends, refinished arms, new grade 8 Linkpin hardware, empi 2.5" dropped spindles, new empi spindle carriers, febi kings and links, fresh shoes, cylinders and hoses with some turned drums to cap them off.

Just a couple going out on this short week.

3" Linkpin type I, torsions and tie rods for Anthony in Tennessee.

Stock width, no adjuster Balljoint beam for Sherry in Georgia.

6" Linkpin, torsions, tie rods, built dropped spindles with Febi pins etc..etc. Getting paint and assembly tomorrow for Brad in North Carolina.
