Sorry we been MIA these last few days. Took a major health blow over the weekend we will be back at it soon. Thanks for understanding 🙏.

Sometimes our bodies tell us to fall back and take it easy and as many who know me personally know I never take anything easy and unfortunately work myself into ending up in the hospital but as I get older I need to start listening because recovery takes alot longer when you get older ahahaha but I will be reaching out to everyone soon again my apologies for any inconvenience but will be back at it in no time.
