Not a plug-and-play conversion.

This BMW E46 runs a supercharged 5.2L Cobra Jet V8 controlled by a fully integrated system: EMU PRO-8, PMU-16, ADU 7 and CAN Keypad.

The complete electrical and control package was developed from zero by AFTERFIX:

• vehicle and engine schematics
• pinouts and complete motorsport harness
• ECU, power management and dashboard integration
• base calibration, programming and dyno calibration

The car and dyno were in Poland. Programming and calibration were carried out remotely from Barcelona.

This session was about commissioning the car and increasing power in controlled steps — not chasing the maximum number. The result at this stage was 1,063 PS and 1,155 Nm on a large 3.375-inch supercharger pulley.

The driver can select the calibrated power mode directly from the ECUMASTER CAN Keypad.

A rare combination, engineered as one complete, documented and serviceable system.

Not finished yet! This R32 GTR made some solid power during this tuning session but needed a new trigger kit.

We ordered it.

Installed it.
