The is300 had some battery over heating issues so switched things up and got this slightly larger odyssey battery and relocated it in the trunk.

I finalized the install and the lexus is now running better than ever.

Later today I'll trim the tie down studs and get the factory charcoal canister cover to sit over the battery better.

I might be back later with more updates of all the projects

Who wants to build a boost ready B series block

b18b block never machined
Balanced and polished LS crank

Eagle rods

Wiseco 82mm 10:1 pistons

GSR / type R girdle setup

ITR oil pump

Itr water pump

Moroso 6qt pan

Fluidamper

Arp head studs

Gates racing timing belt

everything needed for a complete running 1.9 liter b series

The only items needed are bearings and a new ring set
And then the block would need to be machined.

Everything listed is from the same motor except for the block. The motor had approximately 4 hours of run time 3 oil changes and 3 power pulls on the dyno.
The block that the parts were in was sold and everything has been sitting in storage waiting for me since. I have other priorities at the moment and would love to see this stuff get used.

Modified LS block ready for a high comp NA setup

I can't wait to get this one back out.
Gotta get a few odds and ends sorted and have in NJ for at least a day but its coming.

Tomorrow the CRX gets prepped for another track day the Trans am gets a full inspection. Monday I'll be back on the is300. Then there's A 944 to get running, the rhd rsx project, a single cam 5th gear issue and a lexus not start. Followed by a CRV valve adjustment, an exhaust repair and so on.

The DA? I guess I'll get back on that project, never.

Not enough time to do everything 😪

From the first pic it doesn't look like anything has changed.

Go ahead swipe and see how massive the new radiator is.

With this rad and new 172* thermostat combo I'm curious if we'll ever see over 210* just drag racing.

Next on the to do list is to mount the new radiator fan and fan switch and rebuild the driveshaft shop axle and maybe get back to the track this Friday

Been working on the quick latch framing for the c west bumper. I need add a few braces to close the gaps under the headlights but so far so good.

This winter the oem bumper is going on and the c west repair begins.

An FK8 Civic Type R came in to have a set of swift lowering springs installed.

Definitely a much needed upgrade.

The ride height is perfect with just the right amount of ground clearance and the springs don't compromise the factory electronic dampers.
Rides smooth and quiet and feels stock.

You'll definitely be seeing more of this one in the future
