The single wire connector is a trigger wire for a voltage reducer. I will have to make a short jumper over to the reducer.
The 10” screen can is in one of the can connection on the harness adapter. What will be the other. .. battery?
The 16 pin connector is all ready to go. I hope. Because I ordered a new OBC delete harness for a AC conversion.

Ok so every thing is installed for the new Lithiumrhino AC motor/controller kit.
10” screen is wired and can bused to controller. I’m suppose to have the main harness tomorrow and the throttle box.
I can hopefully have it powered up late tomorrow night. The gear shifter micro switches will activate the F/R and backup camera.
The white, green, yellow and blue bare wires are for head lights and turn signals.

The controller and mounting bracket are in and all the main motor & controller cables are hooked up.
Working on installing the 10” screen in the dash and backup camera mounting. Running wires and waiting on new throttle box. I got the IQ factory harness almost finished stripping it and doing away with the OBC altogether.

Ok all the old parts are out and the new AC Lithiumrhino motor is in and the rear end is all back together. The controller plate is just sitting there for now. Got to notch it to sit further down so the seat clears that top bracket. I have a new Club Car harness I need to get started on to install it. I have the gear shifter to work 2 micro switches for the F/R switch. Should, maybe, hopefully, if I’m lucky have it running by next week some time.

Started the Lithiumrhino AC 550 amp controller with 5K motor upgrade.
Got the 12 /15 year old D&D motor out and all the old Alltrax cables off.
Took the front of the leaf springs loose and dropped the axle. Not a bad start for 1.5 hrs.

Got the old L/A batteries out. Made some new brackets and bolted the new Lithium battery in. 12 volt reducer is in but h...

Got the old L/A batteries out. Made some new brackets and bolted the new Lithium battery in. 12 volt reducer is in but haven't ran all the wires yet, charger and port are done. Charger light in. Still got battery gauge and all the lights to do.

Ok I picked up the Club Car kit this morning. Now to get the old stuff out and new in.

Another 36 volt going 48!
Another lithium swap fixing to happen. Dropped off the PDS controller to have it turned up to 48 volts and 400 amps.
I’ll have the battery all done by the time I get it back.
