It was such a joy to host the Ford County Communications administrators and dispatchers at our facility.
The goal was to better understand how each of our operations work, so that we can build a better response system. Good communication is key in every situation. Being able to better understand what we need to respond to various situations will ultimately help the community with shorter on scene times and less backlog of traffic.
