Here is the dill pickle... We appreciate each one of our customers and love you all as friends and family but we are only human and can only work so fast. If your vehicle is scheduled for something please give us the list of issues to be addressed when the appointment is being scheduled so we can make sure your appointment time accommodates those needs. Please do not call after your vehicle has been dropped off or scheduled to add to your list, small things like oil changes or looking over the suspension is an exception because we typically give ourselves just a little wiggle room incase we need it, anything larger and you may be asked to reschedule the other issues for another day with a larger time slot. If your vehicle ends up being a bigger job then what it originally came in for upon inspection then we ask that you please be patient with us, it might be here for several days because it will have to be added back to the schedule in a larger time slot also. This post is not directed toward any one person but this is a common ongoing issue here that has put us in some tough predicaments on several occasions. We are working as quickly and diligently as we can to get everyone's vehicles safely back on the road. We understand that most customers need their vehicles immediately and if we had a magic wand that would be no issue at all but unfortunately we do not, lol... Please continue to be patient with us and we will continue to do our best to insure you have a safe, reliable vehicle to drive off the lot.
