Update on Cruise Departure Times

Please be aware that the cruise lines are now departing the Port between 3:00-3:30PM. Plan to arrive at Dolphin no later than 2:00PM or you will risk being denied boarding by your cruise line. There are no refunds due to being denied boarding, for any reason.

Carnival Vista Update

Good morning folks. We received an update via Carnival representative John Heald on Facebook. Link to the post is below.

The short of it is that Carnival is canceling the Vista cruises for the dates 7/6/19, 7/13/149 and 7/20/19.

As far as your parking goes, there are two options.

1. You can request a cancellation and refund by emailing us directly at [email protected] . Please include the name on the reservation and the cruise date. Credits should be seen within a few business days after the request.

2. You can request your reservation be moved to a future date if you intend to reschedule your cruise. Please submit the reschedule request by emailing us directly at [email protected] . Please include the name on the reservation, original sail date, new sail date and ship name if it is changing.

Mardi Gras Reminder

Just a friendly reminder to our customers who will be parking with us this weekend and the following weekend.

Beginning Friday, February 22, Galveston will be hosting their annual Mardis Gras Celebration. This event will run through Sunday, March 3.

We are advising our customers who will be parking with us during this time to allow for an additional 30 minutes to an hour before your scheduled boarding time for any traffic delays associated with this event. The Port of Galveston is located close to downtown Galveston where many of the Mardis Gras events will be held.
